Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide with DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, local customs procedures and DHL service availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending it back.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Clémentine Bébé cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
